    Theresa Kellington

    Theresa Kellington, a Bismarck native, earned her Criminal Justice degree from San Diego State University in 1989 and graduated with honors from McGeorge School of Law in 1992. She began her legal career in California, opening a civil litigation department at a law firm before returning to Bismarck in 1995. Theresa co-founded Kellington & Oster, PC in 2012, focusing on family law, business planning, and estate planning, and is licensed to practice in both California and North Dakota, including Tribal Courts.She aspires to become a judge.
